TERMS OF BUSINESS 

JV AD Submissions and its partners will act in good faith in sending out your purchased ad packages, to the advertised mailing options. 

You are responsible for the content of your advertisement, including any HTML coding and spelling errors. Your ad will be sent out exactly as you send it to us, so please make sure you spell check your ad and check Url Links and html coding. 

Once you have paid for your advertisement, please send your advertising copy and subject title within three days, or you will loose your payment.  

Your tracking stats will be sent to you one week after your ad has been sent by ALL partners. Please note as we are all in different time zones, the tracking stats could be sent up to ten days after your order, this is so you get a true reflection of the effectiveness of your marketing campaign. 
 

We do not give any refunds after your Advertisement has been sent out. We are not responsible for the number of hits you received, this is purely down to how you present your subject line and advertisement to make it appealing to all the members we send your ad to so that they will click it and read it. JV AD submissions does not guarantee your ad will be financially or otherwise successful for you. 

Once you have paid for your advertisement it is deemed that you have accepted our Terms of business. 

JV AD submissions reserves the right to change their rules, terms, and policies at any time as they deem appropriate.
